Children in Sri Lanka are facing enormous challenges in the highly competitive education system that prevails in the nation. Students are geered to pass exams but have no holistic development and relevant knowledge gaining that is compatible to the growing trends of modern times.

Education is no more an appreciated mind and skill developing, brilliance harnessing, innovation breeding adventurous exploit, that is integrated and bonded with nature and nation. Students are unprepared for life, they do not have survival skills, patriotic socio economic far sight, holistic multi sectoral applied knowledge.

Accordingly, it is the belief of the Israel Sri Lanka Solidarity  Movement to initiate a transformational educational reform in the education system of our country by introducing the engaging and result driven practices followed by forward  thinking nations like Israel.

The main expectation of the Israel Sri Lanka Solidarity Movement is to study the education system of  Israel and integrate it’s excellence into the education system of Sri Lanka.

In order to develop an education system in the country which is knowledge based skill development, harnessing creative thinking, problem solving aptitude , calculated risk taking courage, developing determination, confidence, relational and communication skills whilst ensuring a strong , enduring, stamina empowered patriotic generation who will be admirable Ethical Leaders and Visionaries, that will take this Paradise Isle forward to reach it’s full potential.

Like Israel we wish to develop our Science, Technology and research fields that will make Sri Lanka a thriving startup nation in South Asia. It is our desire to introduce National service into our curriculum as well.
